Availability of puppies is based on the order in which deposits are received. A $500 deposit is required to reserve a puppy, this deposit is non-refundable unless we cannot provide a puppy of the preferred colour and sex. Since we live with the puppies 24/7, we will choose the puppy for you based on your expectations of what you want from your dog.

Please read our contract before contacting us about a puppy.  We are passionate about our dogs and our puppies.  The conditions of our contract are for the welfare of our puppies.  If you feel you will be unable to abide by the conditions of our contract, please do not purchase a puppy from Masonridge.  We don’t mind answering any questions you have about the contract and if you’re willing to follow it, we would love to hear from you and hopefully be able to fulfill your dream of having a Labrador puppy 🙂
